Overview
An issue where a password-restricted number of views of an externally Public-shared manual was recorded as higher than normal.
The issue may cause a difference in the number of views displayed depending on the function or screen.
Occurrence Time / Status
Fixed: 2023/12/13 17:40 (JST)
- After the fix is complete, the event does not occur for the same reason.
- The number of views recorded before the fix could not be corrected.
Occurrence Conditions
- Set "Access restrictions for folder" to "Restrictions based on password" in "Release settings" of the public-shared folder.
Impact Range
The following screens and functions may display a larger than normal number of views.
- Manual list screen "Views"
- Group Settings > Export "Manual list (CSV)"
- Manual viewing screen "Check usage"
- Group Settings > Group > Usage Status "This month's outside views"
Customers whose rates were affected have been contacted individually.
