Overview

An issue may occur in the image editing screen of the manual as follows

• Cannot open image editing screen (Windows desktop app only)
• Image edits cannot be reflected in the manual.
• The application is forced to close.

*The occurrence of such events varies depending on the environment.

Prerequisites and Conditions of Occurrence

Prerequisites conditions

When the following procedure is performed, an image that may cause an event is generated.

1. Open the image editing screen in the iOS app.
2. Swap the position of the upper left circle and the lower right circle in the trimming screen.
   
3. Finish the image editing and save the manual as a draft.

Occurrence conditions

This happens when the image is edited again in any of the following applications.

• iOS app
• Android app
• Web app
• Windows desktop app

What should I do if I am affected?

Please check if you can edit the image normally by re-trimming.
If you get a force close when re-trimming, please try by the different type of app.

iOS app

Open the trimming screen and swap the position of the upper left circle and the lower right circle.

Android app, Web app

Please trim the image again.

Windows desktop app

Please implement the above measures by either the iOS app, Android app, or Web app.
