How to receive the maintenance notification by mail

In order to provide faster notification of "Critical Failure” and "Scheduled Maintenance" a new notification site, the Teachme Biz Status Page, was launched on September 5, 2022.

With the opening, you will need to register to receive notifications on the Teachme Biz Status Page in order to receive "Critical Failure" and "Scheduled Maintenance" notifications in the future.
For the first time, future email notifications of "Critical Failure" and "Scheduled Maintenance" will be sent only to those who have registered to receive them on the Teachme Biz Status page, not limited to contractors.

If you do not subscribe, you will not receive the next "Critical Failure" and "Scheduled Maintenance" notifications.
