Using mobile apps or mobile browsers in an environment that does not meet new recommended system requirements does not immediately restrict all functions.

About iOS 16 and iPadOS 16
In previous years, new operating systems for Android, iOS, and iPadOS were added to the system requirements at the same time.
This year, due to the different release dates of each OS, we have decided to first add Android 13, for which verification will be complete first, to the system requirements.
iOS16 and iPadOS16 was added to the system requirements on December 15, 2022.
In addition, iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 was removed from the system requirements.
What should I do?
Please check the OS version of your device and update the OS as necessary.
Please consider upgrading your device's OS version sooner, if you are using iOS 13 or iPadOS 13.
After the middle of February 2023, it will no longer be possible to install a mobile app on devices running iOS 13 or iPadOS 13.
We do not plan to restrict the launching and operating of the apps already installed on devices that do not meet the new recommended system requirements. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee or provide support for operating in an unsupported environment.
We will continue to work on improving our product quality and providing services that meet our customer’s needs.
