After you edit and "Save draft" or "Publish" a manual that meets certain criteria in the Android app, the operation seems to be successful, but in fact, the data is not correctly reflected on the server.
This issue occurs if you edit and attempt to synchronize a manual with an Android app that meets all of the following criteria:
- Manual newly created in the Web browser
- Manual has no steps, only cover
- Manual is in draft state (never released)
If you saved the manual as draft
Although the message "Manual saved to Web" is displayed, edits made to the cover page are not saved.
If you have added and edited new steps from the Android app, then only those steps are saved.
If you released the manual
Although the message "Manual released" is displayed, the manual is not released.
Also, all edits made in the Android app are not saved.
Even if you choose "Publish and notify", users will not be notified by email or mobile app.
