Overview
- We will enhance the current two-level folder/subfolder structure to a multilevel structure.
- This will enable you to create additional folders within existing subfolders, allowing for more detailed classification and grouping.
- To achieve more intuitive folder management, we will modify the specifications for unset subfolders to match common PC display methods.
- We will implement these changes to folder and subfolder specifications in phases to support multilevel folder functionality.

1. Subfolder Creation Screen Improvement (Released November 13, 2024)
- The subfolder creation screen has been changed to a dialog display.
- Multiple subfolders can be registered at once using line breaks.

2. Discontinuation of Subfolder Settings via Folder Settings (Released December 11, 2024)
- The subfolder settings screen accessed through folder settings was discontinued.
- Creating and editing subfolders will remain possible through individual subfolder screens.

3. Changes to Subfolder Deletion Specifications (Released December 11, 2024)
- As preparation for the upcoming "4. Changes to Unset Subfolder Specifications," we have modified the system to prevent deletion of subfolders that contain manuals.
- When attempting to delete a subfolder containing manuals, an alert would prompt you to move or delete the manuals first.

4. Changes to Unset Subfolder Specifications (Released February 6, 2025)
- The "Sub-folder not set" category, which previously stored unassigned manuals, has been discontinued.
- Manuals without assigned subfolders are now displayed in the same list as subfolders within the folder.
- Manuals that were stored in "Sub-folder not set" can also be viewed from the same list as subfolders within the folder.
- This enables intuitive management and operation similar to typical PC folder management.
5. Display Adjustments for Multilevel Subfolders (Planned for March 2025 and beyond)
- Folder hierarchy link displays and other elements will be optimized for multilevel folder structure.

- You will be able to create new folders within existing subfolders.
