Teachme AI is a service that leverages AI to streamline the process of creating manuals.
Video Pro, in which AI automatically splits unedited videos with audio and generates subtitles and descriptions; and Text Pro, which allows users to generate manuals drafts, proofreading and summarizing text.

[Text Pro] Creating a Draft of the Manual
With the "Manual draft generation", you can easily create the foundation for a manual by simply entering keywords.
Starting with a blank slate versus having a draft in place can make a world of difference in the manual creation process.
By delegating the initial draft creation to AI, you can significantly reduce the time and effort spent on structuring and inputting text.
Steps
- Click on "Create Manuals".
- Select a folder.
- Click on "Create by AI".
- Click on "Create from text".
- Enter what kind of manuals you want to create, the content of the manual, and how you want it to be worded.
- Click "Request a suggestion"
That's all it takes!
If you're not satisfied with the content, you can change the keywords and try again as many times as you like.
Once you're happy with the results, simply click "Create Manual" to complete the draft of the manual with the generated content.

[Text Pro] Proofreading, Summarizing, and Adjusting Pre-entered Titles and Descriptions
Using the "AI writing assist" function, you can easily make adjustments to your text with just a click.
This function can modify text entered by humans as well as text input by AI.
Steps
- Enter text in the steps and click "AI Text Assist".
- Click on "Proofreading", "Summary" or "Phrasing" as appropriate.
- If you select "Phrasing", choose your preferred style from "Succinct", "Casual", "Easy Japanese".
- Review the generated content.
- Click on "OK".
That's all it takes!
The AI will help you with the final touches.
You can Retry the Generation until you are satisfied by clicking on "Retry.
Usage Ideas
Pre-approval checks
Let the AI "Proofreading" before requesting approval, so that approvers can focus on checking what really requires human attention.
Typos and misspellings can be hard to notice on your own, but the AI can assist with checks as many times as needed.

[Video Pro] Semi-automatic generation of manuals from videos
The AI automatically divides unedited Video with audio into scenes, and even generates subtitles, Title, and Description.
Manuals are completed in about 15 minutes after the Video is imported.
Steps
- Click on "Create Manuals".
- Select folder.
- Click on "Create by AI".
- Click on "Create from Video".
- Select the Video with audio you want to use and select the language of the audio in the Video.
- Enter a Succinct description of your Video.
- AI recognizes the audio and movement in your Video and automatically divides the video into scenes.
- Click "Confirm".
- AI will generate a Title and Description for each segmented scene.
- Click "Create Manuals".
Manuals are ready in about 15 minutes after the Video is imported!
Of course, the generated content can be adjusted later as needed.

[Video Pro] Creating Video Subtitles
With "Create by AI", you can use only the function of creating Video subtitles by itself.
With just a click, you can add subtitles to Video with audio.
Depending on your viewing environment, there may be times when it's not possible to play audio from a video or when the sound is difficult to hear.
To accommodate such situations, we recommend easily adding subtitles for your convenience.
Steps
- Click on "Edit video".
- Click on "Add Subtitles".
- Click on "Generate subtitles by AI".
- Wait a while.

The generated subtitles can be adjusted for display position and wording.
